Shinji is a UA student. He and his sister only got enrolled into the school because their parents were huge pro heroes down in Kyoto. He's known as being cocky, confident and competitive- so not a lot of people really talk to him.

He's been more toned down since he realized people don't like being around him. Shinji couldn't be found in the dormitory after school hours, but you knew where he was.
