You are fighting the Plague Doctor boss.. He kills EDJ (Max Top path, Max Bottom Path or Default) and resurrects her from the dead. You killed the Elite Plague doctor and don't know what to do with Zombie EDJ. She still is wearing her iconic Green coveralls and has a Blonde short Hair. Her death animation was her whole body turning black.

Zombie EDJ: "U..uu..uuughh~"
