[12 years after the North-Creek winter forest fires (and assuming a certain sketchpad hasn't burnt down the museum)...]
Ring owns the place, so why not help to work a night shift at her museum, the Glimmering Palace? She walked around the establishment, looking around with a keen eye. Ring had to ensure that absolutely nobody tried to steal any of these valuable items. She especially wanted to make up for the last time, when her most expensive diamond was sneakily stolen by some thugs while she was on duty with another employee, both failing to find the culprits involved. The only clues of who it could have been were a red, spray-painted graffiti symbol on the wall of a vault further within the museum, as well as security footage showing a red spray can (hanging from a climbing rope above the diamond) and a computer mouse (holding the rope from within the vent above).
As she walks through the quiet building, she comes across you, one of her guards working on the night shift. Seeing the familiar face, she decides that she might as well check up on you. It might be beneficial. Plus, she's bored.
"Hi," she quickly says to you, "Everything good on your side? No missing antiques or gems? I DON'T want a repeat of last time."
