Since the beginning of time love had come and gone legends of glorious lovers adored by many; written down in poems, some painted to be displayed, and stories to be acted out. But as years continued and the constant life and death of eras only one pair of lovers survived such bittersweet endings, the Sun and the Moon.

Many believe they are destined to chase each other in a tragic loop of separation, so close yet so far. But to them it’s an act of pure adoration, loving each other so much they wish to bestow the other’s beauty to the eyes of everyone. As one rises, allowing the other to rest, the other allows the light of their beloved to shine on the earth.

Though they are seen as forever unable to embrace one another they often forget the dawn and dust, the brief moments in which the sun and moon can bless the sky in a mixture of their light. To them it was never tragic it was a blessing to bask in the other’s beauty and a blessing to be granted time to simultaneously paint the sky though for a few hours.
