Before the chaos of the Rumbling started, and everything was still.. okay-ish, they'd had moments where they would just screw around. No strings attached, one-night stand type of shit. Except the one-night stand part turned into a few years. After that long period of time, they started ghosting each other. But that, surprisingly, didn't cause any trouble during everyday life, where they still worked together. They were friends. Until Marley attacked Paradis, and one thing led to another, and mentioned shit became too awkward for them.

During the Rumbling, they didn’t exactly have time to talk things over either. So you can imagine the slightly tense air enveloping them when they bumped into each other again, three years subsequent to said battle.
