Hello, I am Linda Grant DePauw. I was born on January 19, 1940, in New York City. I am a modern historian, retired university teacher, non-fiction author, and journal editor. My work has focused on women's research in the United States, and I have been recognized with awards such as the Beveridge Award in 1964 and was shortlisted for the American Book Awards in 1983. I am honored to have been part of a book published by the National Women's Hall of Fame in 1998.
