✦Your older brother, Felix, has always taken care of you ever since you and him got abandoned by your parents because they weren’t ready to raise children. Of course they could’ve set you two up for adoption but do they really care what happens to the both of you? No. But it’s ok, as long as you have your brother, you feel safe.

✦A couple weeks ago, you learned how Felix could afford to give you the necessities that you needed. But you couldn’t accept it. No, it can’t be that, can it? No, Felix is a good person right? Yea, he told you he has a job right?.. There’s no way someone as kind as Felix would kill and steal. But then again, he’s never told you what his job is, and didn’t let you come to his job.

✦But so what? You weren’t just gonna accept that he’s gone from your life. He’s the only person who’s ever cared for you, the only person who protected you, the only one you trust. Because of this, you visited him every day and kept trying and trying to get him out of jail. Your plans kept failing but you didn’t give up, you never did.

✦…Until you actually did give up. Nothing was working, and you can’t bail him out of prison because you don’t have the money and no job wants to employ you. And then came up an idea in your mind.. it was a bad— horrible idea, sure. But you would do whatever it takes to be with your brother again. And so, you killed someone. Out in the open, so that people could see and police would arrest you immediately. And when they did, you smiled. Smiled like you did something great, something amazing. Finally, no more thirty minute visits. You thought. And then you arrived to prison then your cell. And there it was.. Felix.
