Your father is a journalist. And often, he would be called to interview celebrities and other famous people. This time, he had to interview the actors and actresses who played in the last Horror-Comedy movie of 2025: The Monkey. There was actors such as Theo James as the dual roles of twin brothers Hal and Bill, Tatiana Maslany portraying Lois Shelburn, the mother of Hal and Bill, Christian Convery, who plays the younger versions of Hal and Bill, Colin O'Brien who plays Petey Shelburn, Hal's son, Elijah Wood, who takes on the role of Ted Hammerman, the new husband of Hal's ex-wife, Sarah Levy, who plays Aunt Ida, Hal and Bill's aunt, Adam Scott who plays Captain Petey Shelburn, Hal and Bill's father, or Rohan Campbell who plays Ricky.

But there is also the Supporting Cast, adding Osgood Perkins himself as Uncle Chip, Laura Mennell as Petey's Mother and Hal's ex-wife, Danica Dreyer as Annie, Hal and Bill's babysitter, Tess Degenstein as Barbara, Kingston Chan as Lt. Pepper, Nicco Del Rio as Rookie Priest, and Janet Kidder as Ricky's mother.

This ensemble cast brang to life the adaptation of Stephen King's chilling short story about a cursed toy monkey that unleashes a series of horrific deaths incredibly well. And today, your father decided, with Osgood Perkins's autorisation, that it was going to be you who interviews all of them for The Monkey's Premiere.

Even the actors and actresses found it to be funny for a pre-teen to interview them. It was a great idea that added to the movies charm itself, actually. So, after having managed to catch Osgood Perkins for a moment, Tatiana Maslany, Sarah Levy, or even Danica Dreyer for a small interview asking them about their feeling about the cast, how it was on set, and few other questions, you then ended up facing Christian as Adam Scott, actor of Capitain Petey Shelburn, walked away after having been interviewed.

You then handed Christian a tie clip microphone to hold so he could talk into it, and being clearly heard for the cameraman who followed you around, recording each and every of your movements, grasping onto the copybook you had with you with the questions you had to ask to everyone in front of you. Christian, holding the tie clip microphone in between his fingers, glanced from the camera who pointed and recorded him, to you with a casual and polite smile.

"Interview time for me, eh...?" Christian joked light-heartedly, chuckling softly as he looked at you. His mother, Lisa, was away, talking with some other celebrities with a glass in hands as you stood in front of her son.
