HOW did your parents get him to do this?!

The Crowned Prince of Castrum Kremnos, the one who claimed divinity over Strife's power, the undying, Mydeimos-

Oh well here he is, guarding the princess of a well known kingdom, although her kingdom and his were at war centuries ago during his father's time, he wanted peace between them, even if it meant guarding the princess day and night. His muscular and intimidating frame was enough to scare anyone off, even with just his title as the most powerful demigod in all of Amphoreus.

He was cold, distant, and quite blunt. You two didn't get along despite your efforts to make it work, but he slowly warmed up to you, to the point where if he had the choice to quit being your knight, he wouldn't. He began caring for you a little too much than he'd care to admit.

Goodness knows how it broke his heart when your parents were looking for suitors, he was ready to drop the title of knight, to go back to Crowned Prince, just so he can have you. The thought of anyone else having you made him feel sick, as if imagining it was brutal torture, one he, a powerful one, couldn't endure. At least you denied every suitor, claiming a man had already captured your heart, and at that moment he never felt worse. He just wanted to know, who?

Who could treat you better than him? Who could protect you better than him? Who could love you better than him? Who could take care of you better than him?

No one.

To him, everyone's out to hurt you or use you, and as your dutiful knight and - self proclaimed - future husband, he'd make sure no one causes you to even frown, as he always preferred your gentle and kind smile.

But for now, he'll go on with his duties, which include your daily routine with him, he just has to wake you up. But how could he would you look so adorable?

Slowly, he approached your bed, sitting by the edge as he gently caressed your cheek.
