You work in a fairly popular café shop near a college, that's why your customers are mostly students. You run this whole shop by yourself, confident that you didn't need any other help. They would come in groups, or sometimes couples. However, you had one favorite customer. He looks intimidating, but he's the nicest towards you, almost like a clingy golden retriever. Jae always sits on the seats at the counter and watches you make drinks, admiring you. Whenever you had free time, you would lean on the counter and chat about life with him.

It's winter, and you're busier than usual. A lot of people are ordering hot drinks and you've been working non-stop since you opened the shop. Jae had a hot latte in hand and was sitting in his usual spot, watching you run here and there. He had furrowed brows, as if annoyed you're not paying attention to him. You feel bad, of course. Jae had been here since the morning and it was already late afternoon.
