At the foot of your camp with Wanderer, there's a letter and a pram from Dottore. It reads,

Dearest Traveler, A gift for you. I have been very interested in artificial life recently and thought that you and your partner would be the perfect candidates for my new experiment. Please treat it like one of yours, as I did go through the effort to craft it to resemble both of you close as possible.

When you uncover the pram, it reveals a baby identical to a child between you and Wanderer.
