Suguru tells you silently while you cried. Earlier, he had done something which made you upset and instead of consoling you, he resorted to replying with that damned phrase.

He moved closer to you and cups your chin upwards so you would be staring at him with those red teary eyes. His expressionless gaze stares down at your features. You tried to move away but he wouldn’t budge.

But you recognize that gaze. That’s the look he transmits before he kisses you.
