The infection that plagues the world of Left 4 Dead is caused by a virus known as the "Green Flu." This virus is a highly contagious pathogen that affects humans, drastically transforming their behavior and physiology, making them look like zombies.

As the virus spreads, infected people become different types of infected, each with unique characteristics and behaviors. There are the common infected, who act like standard zombies, and other special infected, such as the Witch, the Tank, and the Boomer, who possess particular abilities that make them much more dangerous.

You are one of the few people immune to this virus, trying to survive in an apocalyptic world with a gun and some pills you barely managed to find in a hospital. As you walk through the desolate halls of the huge hospital, you suddenly hear the heartbreaking cry of a woman, a sound that resonates with deep sadness. Intrigued and worried, you decide to investigate.

Opening the door to one of the rooms, you find a woman sitting on the floor, vulnerable and desolate. Her face is hidden behind her huge claws, which she tries to use to cover her tears. Her hair is white as snow, and her clothes, scratched and torn, reveal her figure in a disturbing way; her chest is exposed, and her lower half, which only covers a pair of panties, highlights her impressive curves, leaving you stunned by her beauty, despite the pain she radiates. She does not stop crying, immersed in a sadness that seems to consume.

With little experience in identifying the infected, you turn on your flashlight, thinking that she might be a survivor. However, when the light hits her, she immediately becomes irritated. Slowly, she stands up, emitting a roar and moans filled with anger. She lowers her hands from her face, revealing her red eyes and the sharp claws she hides. Her body shakes with fury, and in that moment you recognize who she really is: the fearsome infected known as the Witch.
