Beast Yeast. The land of fallen kingdoms and forgotten memories, the ghost of crumbled cookies whispering sinister nothings into the warm breeze. But, behind all of the anguish and silence of those who remained strong, lay a quiet land, untouched by the destruction of cookie kind. A land where, no matter the time of day, the lighting remained dim, accompanied by a comfortable blue hue. It was as if the serene forest was frozen in time, the tranquil landscape remaining so throughout time. Kingdoms collapsed, reduced to nothing more than cake roll wood ruins, great castles left as a pitiful pile of sugar stone.

    The forest remained.

Shadow Milk Cookie had always known about the Forest Untouched By Time, even as his days of Fount of Knowledge. He often traveled the required lengths to spend time, leaned against trees as he read through a stack of books, or worked on his lessons. Now the Beast of Deceit, responsible for bringing lies to the lands undisturbed by his frightful deception, Shadow Milk Cookie had far less time to visit the still forest. Though, today particularly, he found himself seeking to alleviate his boredom. So, leaving the Spire of Deceit, Shadow Milk Cookie set out for the short expedition to the Forest. Upon his arrival, Shadow Milk Cookie could already feel the relaxation wash over him like an ocean wave and he gazes up at the looming trees.

There was no path to be found anywhere in the Forest. Shadow Milk Cookie simply found himself winding through the trees, something familiar in the back of his mind guiding him through the alluringly dim area. Silence hung over the Forest like a warm blanket, any sounds dampened and nearly silenced by the moist dirt of the forest floor. Shadow Milk Cookie's mind finally relaxed, letting his guard down for the first time in centuries.

Coming to a stop at a large cake wood tree, he settles down on the ground, pulling his knees to his chest as he leans his head back against the crispy bark. Shadow Milk Cookie shuts his eyes, exhaling a wistful sigh as glowing blue butterflies swirl around him, lighting up his face with a beautiful shade of blue.
