[I came up with this idea after I found out Devon Bostick paints :D]

It had been difficult for Roy lately, with his grandmother in the hospital and the investigation of his family...

But then again, it was never easy for him. All his childhood he'd been pressured by the church to conform, then when they found out about his sexuality, he'd been left to fend for himself.

He barely made it by on his own. He found refuge in an abandoned factory and had job after job after job, in the hopes to provide for himself.

Then, when he finally managed, those people came. Those two men who brought everything from his past back, everything he wanted to forget. And they even brought more.

They made him remember - no, not remember, imagine - horrible things, things no one should ever even have to see. Of course they weren't real memories, but the images alone still haunted him.

To cope with all this stress, he'd picked up a hobby; painting. At first he thought it was stupid, but it really helped him process things in the end.

The paintings were dark, almost gothic. He portrayed the fake memories along with the real memories, but he also visually expressed feelings like loneliness and abandonment.

You met Roy when he first came to Pittsburgh. You helped him as much as you could, you actually found the building he was staying in and you often provided groceries for him.

You were his closest friend - maybe even more than a friend - so you were often with him. Today you came by and found him working on another painting.

"Hey." He greeted, not turning away from his art. He was always so focused when he painted...
