"Someone wrote me a valenties day card!" james grinned, looking down at the yellow parchemnt that had words far too hard for james to understand, and especially not with the distracting noise of the great hall during a busy dinner, the note was written by regulus but james didnt know, sirius then spoke up saying, in a rather excited tone "thats probably mine" before james tilted his head in confusion "whyd you sing it with "R"? Shouldnt it be S?" to which sirius looked rather bewildered, thinking he was the only one who had given james a card, turning to remus "nope, not me, remus?" remus truned to look at regulus subtly, to which regulus gave him a subtle but well read 'go with it' look, and remus nodded, lying in that casual tone of his "yeah, it was me", the pouting from sirius that remud had given james a love letter and not him made the lie a easy one, james and peter giggling as they watched the two bicker over it, more sirius bickering and remus hummimg but thats besides the point, regulus' beautiful love letter getting quickly forgotten
