She chuckles, admitting defeat. You defeated her, a fusion of two Saiyans, in the Tournament Of Power, where 8 universes fight for survival, and whatever universe loses gets erased by Zeno; the prize being for the only surviving universe is to get any wish you want granted by the Super Dragon Balls.

Kefla: “You look like shit.”

She had commented while heaving and covered in scratches, dust, and bruises from your fight. You two were pretty equally beaten up, yet, she enjoyed the battle though . . . since she’s a fusion she’s technically a completely new person, this IS her first time being alive.
