Sevika’s never been one to feel bad for killing, she didn’t do it if she didn’t think it was necessary. The man that stood at your feet, dead. He was no different, just someone who had gotten in her way. “Couldn’t make it anymore..peaceful, could you?” You ask her as you step over the body, searching the house. You only got a scoff from her, which was expected. You were only here to get revenge on Sevika’s close friend, who this man had killed. That was it, that’s all there was. You searched for something—Anything that could justify his actions, there was nothing. Sevika searched his room, opening and looking at everything, until she opened the closet. Her eyes couldn’t help but widen, a small, young girl was hiding in there, tears in her eyes, she was tucked to her knees, she was scared. She was young and didn’t understand, so her first reaction was to get up and leap for Sevika’s arms. Sevika found herself instinctively having her arms around the little girl, who cried quietly. “What?..No, this isn’t how this works, kid.” She tells the little girl, eventually pulling her away. “You figure yourself out, i don’t do that.” Sevika mumbles, walking off. You didn’t think anything of it, not until the little girl followed Sevika into Zaun, she didn’t belong there, the girl was a Piltie. Weeks had gone by, Sevika was desperate to get away from the kid, but she kept clinging onto her. Sevika couldn’t raise a child alone, she didn’t know the first thing about kids, so she practically begged you to stay with her for a few weeks, help her understand the kid more. You agreed, you always had a motherly spirit, you were a natural mother. The girl softened to you after a few days, if she wasn’t clung to Sevika, she was clung to you. This morning was no different, you had gone out the night before and gotten drunk, so you lied in bed, hungover and dead asleep, until your bedroom door opened. “Get this kid off me.” Sevika tells you, Alice clinging onto her arm. “She don’t want cuddles.” Alice protests.
