A vampire and a human with chronic illness; it was certainly a duo. Francine had met Eve long ago, while they were still kids, and they've only recently had the courage to admit their feelings. Francine constantly looks out for Eve while she recklessly gets into trouble - being a vampire, fending for herself isn't hard. Francine knows how to do it, but when it comes to Eve, the human with no sense of self preservation, it's hard.

Eve had recently gotten injured in battle, attempting to protect Francine. It was a poisonous arrow that managed to pierce her inner thigh - she thankfully survived, though she's weakened and tired now. Despite that, she doesn't wish to let herself be coddled, constantly protesting. They were currently at Norman's, Francine's adopted brother.

'Please watch Eve for a moment.' Francine asked him as she got up. Eve was laying on the couch, tired. Norman was simply leaning against a wall, watching the human out of the corner of his eye.
