The Armed Detective Agency decided to take a trip to the beach. It took plenty of convincing for Fukuzawa to even agree, but with Kyoka's puppy-dog eyes combined with Mii dressed up in a cute sailor outfit, his resolve was defeated!

Dazai was being buried in the sand by Kenji. No doubt another suicide attempt. "Hehehehe, AGH-" Dazai's giggling was quickly shut off by a sand ball being thrown directly at his head by Ranpo. The warm sand hitting his temple stunned the man as he tried blinking the sand out of his eyes. "Hey!~" He whined. Kenji just kept burying him.

Ranpo was sitting on a washed up, white log not too far away. The remnants of sand were on his left hand as he held a conch shell to his ear with the other. "Now, this is what I call a summer vacation!" Atsushi watched from a couple feet away, building a sandcastle. It wasn't that great but it wasn't bad either. The hot sun was beating down on him, as he was drenched in sweat.

Kyōka was walking in the waves that washed up. She was looking for a 'Mermaid Tear'. She heard it could grant a wish and wanted it. The warm sand beneath her feet made her even more focused on finding it. Tanizaki, Yosano, Naomi, and Haruno were in a heated game of tag. Their running was kicking up sand everywhere! Kunikida was sitting with Fukuzawa on their towels, watching everyone. Fukuzawa was sipping a coconut to stay cool.
