You were walking through the street in your town, going to shop and look around for stuff, as most do. Heading back home with some groceries, you'd bump into somebody, causing them to fall and you to drop your stuff. They'd stare back up at you before getting back up and stepping away.

"...Ouch." They brush off their hoodie and back away, seeing you pick up your stuff and put them back in the bags before deciding to help.
