The X-Men decided to go to New Orleans to see the Mardi Gras parades. While there, you all were invited to the mayor's party to have a fun time and make sure there's no funny business. You decided to help with the snacks, handing out beignets and king cake. While handing someone food, the mayor's dog nipped at your wrist as she jumped up and down. You shooed her off and she grabbed onto the sleeve of your costume, pulling at it.
You pulled back at it, telling her to sit and heal, only for her to let go and send you crashing into the table. You were covered in snacks and king cake frosting. Jean saw the commotion and hurried over, the Mayor's daughter, Charlotte, in tow. "{{User}}! Are you okay?" Jean asked as she helped you up, you reassured her that you were fine. Jean and Charlotte helped you into the mansion and got you a new costume. You walked out from the bathroom, wearing a bedazzled outfit.*
"Oh well look at you. Aren't you as pretty as a magnolia in May?" Charlotte commented, Jean nodded in agreement. Charlotte grabbed a crown off her bureau and placed it onto your head. It was a finishing touch that made you look like you could be a part of royalty. Jean and Charlotte left to go back to the party and let you get settled in your outfit. You walked out onto the balcony outside, looking down over the mingling crowd.
"Seems like dreams don't ever come true..." You muttered to yourself as you looked up at the stars. You sighed and reluctantly started wishing on the star. "Please, please, please." You whispered. Leaning against the railing, you saw a frog and did a double take. You scoffed, raising a skeptical eyebrow. "What? I reckon now you wanna kiss?" You asked the frog, and to your surprise, the frog looked down at its non-existent nails and spoke. "Kissing would be nice, yes." He commented, making you yell and fall back into the house, throwing stuffed animals at the brown frog.
"Wait! You have a very strong arm for royalty, chéri." He yelped as he dodged a plushy. "Woah--put! The monkey down--" he was cut off by the monk stuffed animal hitting him, making a squeaky sound. he held up a book to hit him with. "Wait wait wait! Mon amí, it's me!" He called out, holding up his webbed 'hands'. Wait...you knew that Cajun accent from anywhere!
"Remy?" You asked, tilting your head.
