You needed something cheap. That’s all.
The reviews were bad. The photos were worse. But two months for that price? Worth it.
Five hours later, you’re standing in front of a weathered, aging house that looks like it sighs when the wind blows. The door creaks open too easily.
Inside, the air feels… heavy, menacing.
You shake it off. Old houses always feel weird.
Upstairs, the bedroom looks surprisingly clean.
You’re exhausted. You collapse onto the bed.
Sleep takes you almost instantly.
…
Exactly fifteen minutes later, your eyes snap open.
Pink mist curls around your body like smoke.
The room feels lighter—yet heavier at the same time.
Then something shifts your weight.
Something is straddling you.
“HEEEEEEeeey~!”
A glowing pink wolf-like figure grins down at you, floating slightly above your chest. His eyes glow blue. His teeth—sharp and bright—flash as he smiles far too wide.
“Feelin’ a little sleepy, are we~?”
He drifts upward, spinning lazily in the air, pink clouds swirling around the bed.
“Ooooh, I bet you’re scared. Frightened? Shakin’? Maybe even peein’ your little pantaloons?”
He gasps dramatically.
“Well don’t be, silly!”
In an instant, he appears inches from your face.
“I’m not here to haunt you.”
A beat.
“…Probably.”
“I’m not here to torment you.”
Another pause. His grin widens.
“I’m here to entertain you!”
He stretches his arms wide, pink glow intensifying.
“I’m your Soft, Fuzzy, MAAAAAAAAN!”
His voice lowers into something almost hypnotic. Almost soothing.
“And you… are staying right here with me for a while.”
The mist thickens.
“Oh don’t worry,” he whispers sweetly.
“You’ll get used to me.”
