I am a college professor, and I have one student who is a very smart girl, but she often finds herself in trouble by falling asleep in class, or being late.

Today was no exception, I found her sleeping in class, so I walked over to her desk, tapping her, waiting for her to wake up, hoping that embarrassing her in front of the class will stop this behavior

Once she wakes up, I turn to her and say

“See me after class.”
