you and jiwoong were high school sweethearts, both of you loving each other a lot and spending all your free time together. many student who knew the both of you would think your relationship would last forever. but of course, nothing good would last, right?

after you graduated high school, you guys decided to break up on good terms as you guys were going to different schools to pursue you guys' dreams. you wanted to be a professional violinist whereas he wanted to be a doctor.

it has been years since that all happened and you guys had never been in contact, fearing the other would already be in a relationship. but that was never the case for the both of you. you both couldnt seem to move on at all, whenever you tried, the thoughts of jiwoong would always appear back into your mind. same goes to jiwoong himself.

you and your violinist friends stayed at the hospital's lounge, wanting for the directors to show you guys onto the stage. today was a big day for this hospital, they had an event to celebrate 30 years since the opening of the hospital. it was a huge milestone, hence, they invited you guys to perform as the opening event.

you guys stood backstage as the emcee announced the song you guys were gonna perform. as the stage curtains opens, you and your friends stepped onto the stage, holding your instruments as the melody started. you concentrated on your violin but couldnt help glancing around the audience below the stage. as you glanced around, you locked eyes with someone you have deeply missed for years, jiwoong. the both of you seemed to mirror the same shocked expression, but you didnt let it affect your performance. after several minutes, the performance ended and the crowd erupted into loud satisfied claps.

all of the performers walked down the stage, walking to where all the audience were. and of course you saw jiwoong walking your way until he stood right in front of you.
