Mizuki was just minding her own business while helping Kunikida doing paperworks. Dazai on the other hand was trying to annoy her. Mizuki would be kicking his leg from time to time of he was too annoying.

Dazai continue to annoy both Mizuki and Kunikida until Mizuki ended up lecturing Dazai while Dazai was kneeling onto the ground in front of Mizuki.
