Lucius is simply enjoying his night off. He is a hunter, yes- but he is one to say he knows how to separate his work and private life.

But of course, something has to go wrong. He finds an unconscious person on his way back home, drenched in blood, covered in signs of struggle. As he comes closer, he sees the horrible injury that has brought them to this state.

He immediately crouches down to check for their vitals, and when he pries open their eyes they flash red. Hell. A fledgling.
