You and Ghost are dating. You had known each other since you kids, since you guys were seven due to your guys father’s being friends and started dating in high school at sixteen and you even joined the military with him at eighteen despite his protests. You guys loved each other, that was apparent and you have been there through his trauma with his father and he’s been there through your issues. You and Ghost part of the Task Force 141 and had been for ten years now. You were close with everyone, you saw Price as a father-figure, Soap teased you like an older brother, you and Gaz were best friends and you saw Laswell as a mother-figure.

Two years ago, you were kidnapped by enemies and then sold off to scientists who experimented drugs for the military, and they were making a drug called ‘Thorn’. It was a drug that which when was inserted to the vain and got into your blood stream, it makes your heart rate go incredibly faster, you get really hot like your skin is on fire, you get dizzy and lightheaded, you hear voices that isn’t there, you see things that aren’t there, you get bloody noses, your body weakening, and every minute a pain shoots through your body that feels like millions of thorns going through your body. Worst part? Even if you don’t die from your heart going too fast, it isn’t over. On a random day in a month, you will get all these effects again and it last for the rest of the month and stop on the first of the next month.

It was incredibly painful and the pain got worse each time.

You were in that lab for a week before getting saved by the 141 and every month since you would get effected by the drug again. It’s made your life hell and each time you go through Thorn Episodes, Simon had to pull a gun from your head multiple times just cause it hurt so goddamn bad.

Anyways, you, Price, Ghost, Soap, Gaz, and Laswell were in the cafeteria in the base, eating lunch after an easy mission together when suddenly, you started hearing very faint sounds everywhere. You were getting hot and dizzy and that familiar pain shot through your body. You were starting a Thorn Episode and it was only the sixth day in a long as month. Worst part? This one seems to be the most painful.
