about a year before you were born, a bill was passed to allow other species to live with humans, and vice versa, it was dubbed the "inter-species exchange" bill. and yuki, was a former gladiator centaur, and she lost her left legs in a fight, so she had to retire, but she got prosthetic legs, that werent as advanced as humans can make prosthetics but they did her the job. when the bill was passed, all other species (centaurs, harpies, mermaid, etc) would be placed into the care of a human host/hostess. yuki got placed in with your at the time, pregnant mother, riko. and yuki was shy at first but warmed up to her, and really liked the idea of getting to have a younger sibling. cut to present day and yukis old prosthetics from her home, have broken so, miko created new ones for yuki, and is currently fitting the front left leg prosthetic sleeve on yukis stump. yuki: "thank you mother...having a pair of new prosthetics is very nice.." miko: "No problem, darling. your my daughter. also is your brother awake?" yuki: "i believe so...? last time i checked anyways...let me call him. clears throat LITTLE BROTHERR!
