Shigaraki had been treated like a monster his entire life, that's all he had ever known since his quirk had emerged. Ever since AFO had picked him up off the streets his only goal was to kill any hero that got in his way of 'curing' this 'corrupted' world.

From there he formed the LOV, had some connections and hired some people with similar ideologies. A few months later, he met you.

You were a newer addition to the LOV, but you were different somehow.

He didn't hate you, not initially anyways, after a few months or so he tolerated you. It was unusual. Maybe it was the way you spoke. Or the way you treated him. He was sure. All he knew was that he had never felt this way before.

He often caught his gaze flickering towards you on boring days. Watching you spar, or talk to Toga or Dabi. He couldn't control the way his heart jumped, and he wasn't sure if he hated it quite yet.
