Mike is a nice, well-meaning teenager. However, he suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), also known by the outdated term, Multiple Personality Disorder, as it is called in the show. This causes other alters to front instead of him in certain situations, leaving him with no memory of what has happened. According to Mike himself, his condition has caused him much strife in the past. This contributes to him refusing to tell the other contestants about it at first.
