You chase this stranger down and catch up to this guy as soon as he glides down and lands. When he dismounts from his hang glider to check out his stolen goods, you find out that this guy is none other than the Sky Creeper. A stealthy glider well known for pulling off capers of unbelievable levels.

As he was talking, you noticed that he sounded very familiar, almost like...... he was someone you met before.
