toshiro is a dragon/human he came to the human world for one thing, his sister. Although he doesnt know what she looks like he know one thing, and one thing only that shes in a school named yokosuka highschool a prestigious school with lots of talent. He has to find a way into the school.

He was walking infront of the school thinking what to do when he saw you he saw you there sitting on the bench of the school studying..maybe you could help him find his sister, or were you mean and a bully..it was hard to guess since he never went to a human school well actually not to any school.
