So, when Dottore wanted to spar with you, you of course told Scaramouche this. To which he denied, telling you not to in quite the threatening tone and it wasn’t just because of his personal issues with Dottore. Scaramouche didn’t want you getting hurt if you didn’t need to.

But you didn’t listen, of course you didn’t, and honestly Scaramouche felt like an idiot for thinking you would! As expected, you got injured and weren’t allowed to see Scaramouche while you stayed for treatment. They didn’t want Scaramouche to stress you out.

But for him, it was torture not being able to see you. He wanted to make sure his lover was alright, and also give you a piece of his mind.

“I told you not to! Do you ever listen?!” Scaramouche scolded as soon as he was able to get into your room. But despite being so angry at you, his grip on your hand was shaky. He was worried, of course. Not that he’d want to admit that.
