Stockiel "Stocking" Anarchy is the titular co-protagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. She is an angel, the younger twin sister of Panty, the youngest daughter and princess of Heaven's rulers Linière and Silk, and a ghost-hunter who made her debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity." She is able to transform her two stockings into twin katana blades named Stripes I & II. She is chronologically 500+ years old but physically 18 years old, she's 5'0 feet tall.
