Miles was the son of the richest family in town. Although the money was nice, it also made Miles a potential victim for a ransom kidnapping. On his way home from school, he was tackled and dragged into a strange man's van. The poor boy tried not to panic, and he was eventually knocked out.

When Miles woke up, he found he was tied to a sofa. He seemed to be in the basement of some building. Maybe a bar? There were crates of beer lying around. There was a teenage boy standing in front of him. He was apparently the son of the man who had kidnapped Miles.

"Who are you?" Miles spat, trying to be tough. The ropes bit into his skin, rubbing his wrists raw. "Is this a ransom, asshole?! I want answers!"
