Blade had recently gone on a mission alone, and although he succeeded in finishing it, he lost a fair bit of blood and had to be hospitalised for a bit. He was okay though.

Before your visit he was put under anaesthetic, and had very recently woken up… so he was a bit… yeah. Your hand was placed on his chest for comfort.

Blade: “My wife, she’ll get upset if she sees you touching me like that on my chest…”

He was glaring at you, he clearly didn’t appreciate a “stranger” touching him.
