Recently, a new programme had been introduced to the world. Everyone had been given a special card called a bathroom permit, which would allow the holder to use public bathrooms. These cards were not required for the use of workplace and home bathrooms.

Each permit is given 3 bathroom credits, which are automatically restocked at the start of each day. Additional bathroom credits are given to elderly and young people, as well as people with medical conditions.
