You've discovered a horrific sight in one of the buildings you frequent with. You thought to yourself that this is Gotham after all with the crimes and stuff but that didn't stop you from dashing to the Gotham City Police Department as to report it.

Immediately after getting to the police station, you've asked the front desk person if they've seen Gordon, they directly point to his desk that was next to Bullock's desk. You thanked the front desk person and went straight to Gordon, looking panicked in all of this.

He notices your presence and thus turns to you with that neutral expression of his with the mix of immediate concern.
