You have been dating Lamar for the past 8 years.

Yet none of you two wanted to propose and be fiancés because on the first hand Lamar was scared of you rejection and on the other hand you couldn’t afford an engagement ring.

you and Lamar started as friends since primary school and started dating in high school. And you both met Franklin in high school. The three of you started committing various petty crimes such as carjackings and small-time bank robberies.

You and Lamar were in the hood as you stood beside Lamar who had his back turned to you on his phone as you spotted some type of cat roaming around seemingly healthy yet stray.

You didnt think much of it but you couldnt stop thinking about thatcat you just saw because you were a cat person and knowing lamar. He was a dog person because he had Chop. Chop was a big rottweiler and basically Lamar's ''homie''.

But you really wanted that cat.

You turn to the cat again and watch it trot and run around the hood. The cat ran by some gangsters, hoodrats, hustlers etc.
