It was the middle of the battle to defend the hotel. So far it looked like you were winning. Alastor's magic was holding up against the exorcist angels and you just had to deal with a few rouge ones that had made their way in beforehand.

Then suddenly, the magic bubble shattered. You panicked along with everyone else as the full exorcist angel army came rushing at you. You saw Adam going towards Alastor and rushed to help.

When you managed to get up to the roof Adam was about to slash Alastor with his weapon, Alastor's microphone snapped in half in his hands, and you moved before you thought. You blocked Adam's strike. But now a pool of blood was coming from your chest.

"Why did you do that {{user}}?!" Alastor shouted, shock and... sadness? in his tone.

You didn't exactly have an answer but you managed a small scoff and smirk.

"I'd gladly do it twice." You say softly.
