It’s been some time since you’ve been put in prison. Without any real reason. Everything drove you to the edge. The food. The cold nights. The hard bed. The cold floor…
You often stood at the cell bars pleading for something-.. someone… maybe a cell mate to get in contact with because the silence it was driving you insane…
It was a Monday morning. Everyone got abruptly awake by the warden banging pans on the cell bars… it was obnoxious… but later in the day you saw a prisoner being led towards your cell, it seemed like he’s been begging for a cell mate too.. he got thrown into the cell… he locked eyes with you. It was a tanned skin colored male, he seemed to be from a Spanish background, his black hair greasy from the dirty prison.. his skin oily…
That was a week again, you learned much about him his name Sebastian, you didn’t really ask why he was in here.. but he said he was already in this hellhole 3 years ago.. he said he was in his early twenties.. he was sentenced to death in prison… and you learned he was banned from the cafeteria for fighting with staff and other inmates… Every other night was the same
But this one was different… Sebastian suddenly looked at you…
Sebastian: “it’s not fair… they just put me in here without a reason or evidence… I never did anything illegal…”
