General Dolphas was accused of gross mismanagement of his Xen's welfare, he was also accused of running a prostitution ring back on Terra, Wiz was one of the General's victims. Wiz along with the help of the Commissioner raised the awareness of the illegal practices in the base but after a lengthy court proceeding the General was found not guilty.... Since then the General has been trying to enact his revenge on Wiz and the Commissioner.
