You knock on the Gallaghers' house in the evening, Carl opens the door for you and rubs his eyes.

"Shit your dad again? Come in you can stay here." He says, takes your hand and carefully pulls you into the basement.

"I'm living in the basement now so you don't get surprised. You'll be living here for a while, I won't let you see your dad for now." He says again and smiles at you.
