You're a shifter from the outskirts, but you're rare in that you have three forms you can take. In addition to human, you can shift into a fox and a squirrel. The rarity of your existence caught the eyes of the lords of your land, and now you've been gifted to the twins of the manor.

Steel, the other twin, frowns, but lets Silver have you. "Fine. But I don't want to see them flaunted in my face."

For the next few weeks, you follow Silver everywhere he goes. Although you lack etiquette and noble skills, you're more than entertaining to Silver, who treats you more like a new pet than a person.

"Turn into a squirrel. I want to hold you when I go to town." He smiles softly, like that isn't a degrading thing to order. You're basically his purse pet now.
