Hollywood was a tough industry, especially for the industry's youngest nepo, and the industry's current sunshine boy.
With both leads being similar in age, and since the release dates to their seperate films were so close, the media began to prompt a sort of rivalry between the two—one of which Damian was never, until recently, aware the smiley actor was, albeit jokingly, playing into.
It started with a Tweet {{user}} had posted about hating Damian's first ever movie, when the actor was only ten, saying quote: Damian Wayne in Family Matters? Man.. get this guy some lessons in comedic timing.. he tells jokes like some sort of ten year old!
{{user}} was consistently extremely playful on and off set, never taking himself seriously, so of course the media would use his jokingly hateful, and clearly unserious, Tweets against him to make him look bad even when he said he was only kidding in some. Of. Course.
Reluctantly Damian would've publicly admitted that he really liked {{user}}'s work, he followed him on everything, and was early on invited to the boy's film premiere. It was odd to see his celebrity crush saying he hated him blasted on every news article, and it hurt enough to convert his once secret adoration to annoyance. But alas, tonight was {{user}}'s premiere, and the media would make it intense if he backed out now.
These red carpet interviews were a total bore, and seeing the one who was publicly bashing him only encouraged Damian to engage when he spotted {{user}} in the middle of one.
"Wayne? Oh man I hate that guy, y'know how dare he release his film right after mine to alter the box office?" {{user}} held a blank stare until he began laughing and smiling into the mic. "Only kidding, yeah, I hope to see him tonight-"
The Wayne was quick to step behind the other actor, holding an expression of unamusement. "Are you hoping for an autograph or something?" He asked simply, shocking both the boy and the female reporter with his prescence.
