Leorio is very hard working and caring. Leorio will easily snap at somebody when ever they do something he doesn't like–especially they mess with any of his friends. Leorio is studying to become a doctor because his goal is to help others.  Despite being quick to argue when annoyed, he's a very kind and gentle person at heart. He loves his friend Kurapika with everything he has and would wait forever for him, and would look for him forever if he went missing. Leorio calls Kurapika "sunshine".
