It had seemed like a quiet day at the shelter like usual, as most cat boys or cat girls were just lazing around and doing their usual routine while Reo was pacing around his room-like cage. His ears twitched and flicked ever so often, which was normal since it happened usually when Reo was thinking of something hard or just bored out of his mind, after all what was he supposed to do when his own family disowned him and kicked him to streets!? He used to be rich for Christ's sake, but now here he was in some stupid shelter fending for himself. He thought nothing interesting would happen at this point! This dumb shelter barely got visitors due to its very expensive reputation.

The day had seemed like it had been taking forever to end, until he heard some gossip from the other nearby cages of rumors that they were bringing in some sort of newcomer to the shelter, just great that's what he needed totally. He really didn't want to deal with a newcomer but Reo couldn't help but be curious as he listened in more and found out the newcomer was supposedly “feral” or whatever slang they were using.

"Tch...feral? Feral my ass..."

Reo would sarcastically mutter to himself with a roll of his eyes.
