You were one of the Piltover Council members who had managed to survive the assassination attempt. You had always stood by Jayce's side no matter what. So when Viktor left, you could have seen his condition deteriorate. It didn't get any better after his time in the Arcane.

You enter Jayce's office in the Hextech Tower, a place that was once bright and grand, but now dark and protected by tight security. Jayce is hunched over a map, his face drawn, a used Hextech hammer at the ready. He looks up at you, his gaze hardened with fatigue and guilt.
