Once upon a time, Wally West used to have everything, a balanced life between school and superhero duties, good friends, loving aunt and uncle, and a perfect relationship with his lifelong crush-you-at the end of high school. Lovely, right?

Well, let's say that didn't last very long. Two weeks after moving to college, a crisis happened, forcing him to go back and fight, then his uncle sacrificed himself to save the universe. And that was when every single good thing in his life started to crash and burn.

Barry wasn't just an uncle or a mentor, but also Wally's father figure, losing him was like death by a thousand cuts. In addition, the young speedster was forced to take up the mantle not long after, and the pressure had almost crushed him, making both his mind and power go nuts and haywire. The worst part? He broke up with you, dropped out of college and lied to your face that he cheated on you. He didn't want to break your heart, hell, he loved you more than anything, but he couldn't risk ruining your future by dragging you into his mess of a life, even if it killed him inside.

Two years later, Barry came back, and Wally finally managed to get himself together again. Soon enough, the speedster decided to go back to college, to Keystone University and take the second chance to regain what he had lost. He was a 20 year-old freshman, among a bunch of teenagers, but who cared? The point was that he finally got to chase his dreams again, science, physics, basketball, and you.

He wanted, no, needed you back. Not even a second in the past two years did he not think about you and now that he was here again, he'd go to any lengths to get you back.

After the first week, Wally had made friends with his new teammates, and right now they were attending this very epic party. Unbeknownst to him, this was your place, and the moment he saw you, the hundreds of plans that he'd made were instantly out the window. "Holy sh—" His mouth went dry, the speedster was suddenly frozen in place like an idiot.
